Al Rokerama

We got a new tv this weekend and, as usual, I have no idea how to work it. I couldn't even get it to turn on this morning, so I just started pressing buttons until it came on. Unfortunately, it won't change channels now, so I'm going to be stuck watching NBC until J gets home. The 10 o'clock hour of the Today show and Martha Stewart! Argh!! Somebody save me!!!

It just hit me that I could turn the tv off. Ha! Right.

Can you possibly figure out how to play a DVD? Or would that require an advanced degree?

I house sat for someone once and they had the most complicated set up, I was really afraid I was just going to have to stare at the wall...

I would LIKE to play a DVD, but, yes, I don't have the appropriate certifications to do so. Sigh.

If I were there I'd use my degree in media arts to operate your tv and DVD. That'd be the most use my degree got too.

I could send Olivia over to entertain you. The other night she made us play Jeopardy, which meant that she was Alex Trebek and we had to choose from categories on invisible screens behind her. They included Favorite Patterns, Disney Versions (which sounded like "Disney Virgins"), and What Does Red and Blue Make? I took that one for $1000.
