Don't drive angry!

I was having such a weird dream right before I woke up. I was sitting in this house chatting with Hannibal Lecter, and then I got up to look out the window because the space shuttle was sitting there waiting for me, J, and Lil J to board. So when I turned around, the car seat that Lil J had been sitting in was flipped over, and I started screaming "My baby!" in a hysterical Southern accent and generally freaking out. It was like four dreams smushed into one. It's like my brain is consolidating because it knows I don't get long stretches of sleep anymore. So efficient.

I'm looking at John McCain's wife, Cindy, on the news. She's one of those chicks where you can't tell if she's 35 or 55. That is so creepy.

Kenny and i have numerous conversations about Mrs. McCain and how different she can look from one day to the next.

Your dreams sound like mine! The other night I dreamed that Harry Potter was telling fortunes at the mall and I got in line and Kenny got so mad at me b/c he was afraid our insurance co would find out....????

Crazy dreams!

Last night I had a very long dream that we were moving and the truck was coming tomorrow and I had nothing packed and no boxes either, so I was trying to get all these boxes so I could pack and move. But it doesn't seem to measure up to Hannibal Lecter and the space shuttle.

Hee, makes you wonder what the insurance company would have been mad about.

And I have lots of anxiety dreams like yours, Katie. As my friend Hannah once said "We never dream about eating chocolate cake." Why is that?

Hmm...dreaming about choc cake would be nice!

Kenny was mad in a very "lawyerly" way, something about not signing anything or filling out any forms...who knows, really? I just wish I had dreamed long enough to hear what Harry would have said about my future!

By the way "Don't drive angry" is my favorite line from Groundhog Day!

Talk about anxiety... every once in a while I dream that I'm at my old job but don't know how to do anything. Or there's the one where I think I'm back in college and I haven't attended classes all semester and now it is time for finals. Maybe I need a vacation...???

I had a dream about chocolate cupcakes last night! Seriously! I was getting ready for work and decided to bring cupcakes in with me to share. So I'm trying to shove 10 cupcakes in a plastic sandwich bag. It got messy. And actually my dream was so realistic that I thought I was up getting ready when in reality I was oversleeping and got up about 25 minutes late.

I have this recurring anxiety dream where I'm in a mall and a tornado's about to hit, so I'm looking for a safe place and it's a long hallway with no place to go. If that's not the product of growing up in the Ohio suburbs, I don't know what is.

Did you happen to have that dream last night?
